Taman Megahria Sarawak Borneo Bazaar
Taman.Megah.Ria at Masai is one such community rich in East Malaysian culture and has been known as the Borneo Bazar "Little Sarawak" of Johor.
On Wednesday and Sunday afternoons, there is a Tamu.Dayak ( some call it Pasar.Borneo) where popular Sarawak products.
You will find a lot of things you've never seen in your life :
Sagu worms, fermented fish, moBintulu. prawn paste ( Belacan^ ), salted terubuk, Buah Tarap ,ensabi, dabai^, untain durian, langsat, little banana ,organic hill rice, . and their traditional handicraft.
According to the hawkers, some of these ingredients have been harvested by the hawkers themselves in the jungles or planted in their own yards. As a result, they are sold considerably cheaper than in other markets.
There are roughly about 40,000 Dayaks, mostly Ibans, living and working in Johor particularly Pasir Gudang and Masai. Migrating there from Sarawak as part of the ‘Berjalai’ tradition since the 1990s
